Being a professional garage and a FTZ customer, we provide you with technical support and together we solve the problems with the cars quickly and efficiently in order to get them on the road again.
FTZ wants to support all the garages with this. Therefore we have 2 auto technicians, who answer mails and phone calls every day. They give advice and guidance about everything from service guidance and reparation procedures to complex repairs.
Totally there are 7 auto technicians from FTZ Academy assigned to Hotline, which means, that they can switch from teaching on the technical courses to help the garages through Hotline. This guarantees that the auto technicians are updated all the time on new technical knowledge and at the same time are in constant dialogue with the mechanics either through training or Hotline.
